As a mother and doula, I know how important it is to have simple routines and rituals to reconnect with ourselves.

Hot drinks and body care are part of traditional postpartum culture around the world.

After several years of replacing coffee with homemade herbal latte powder & creating my own skin care products, I started making them to be able to offer to my doula clients.

My goal has always been to honor the simplicity and brilliance of nature and forgotten traditions. My hope is that Motherwoods Herbals products will help you feel rejuvenated and cared for during a time of great change.
