Milk Maker Latte Nettle Shatavari is a herbaceous, milk -forming drink especially for breastfeeding moms. The incredible nutritional content of the nettle, one of nature's most nutrient -tight plants, gives you vitamins, minerals, amino acids and a high content of iron. The nettle can stabilize blood sugar and support liver and kidney function. 

Tastes are reminiscent of a herbal match-té but contains no caffeine.  

 

Use: Mix 1 tablespoon powder with 2 cups of milk and a spoonful of fat (eg butter, coconut fat) allow to simmer for a few minutes and mix with mixer stick. Sweet with a spoonful of honey.

Store dry and cool. Sustainability: At least one year after the production date. May contain traces of other edible herbs, nuts and seeds.
