Returns and refunds

I hope you are satisfied with the courses and products you buy from me! I do not offer out-of-pocket purchases or refunds of course fees for physical or pre-recorded online courses. I do not offer open buy on products as I cannot guarantee they are unopened if resold.

If you are not satisfied with the product or the training, send me an email and I will do my best to help you.

If you return an item after agreement, you are responsible for the return shipping, unless otherwise stated.

Integrity

When you place your order with me, you provide your personal/company details. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.

You also choose when purchasing if you want customer delivery from me. You can always renounce your interest in these in the future and we do not sell your data on to third parties.

Shipping policy

As a rule, I send your goods the day after your order. Standard shipping DKK 49.
