Welcome to accompany me on a journey through the physiology of birth, into yourself and your intuition, through performances and norms and through everything you need to know about giving birth to children in a modern culture but with the same physiology as thousands of years ago.
The course suits you who are expecting your first child and you as a given birth earlier. I turn to you who live together and to you who are expecting children yourself. The course is for everyone, regardless of family constellation.
This course is for you as:
- Want to gain knowledge about physiological birth and how you can create the best conditions for supporting the body and mind during birth.
- Planning a home birth or a hospital birth.
- Want to prepare you practically, physically and mentally.
- Know that birth is usually not a medical event but a physical, emotional and existential experience- and wants to prepare for it.
- Want to take part in Coping strategies that work no matter what birth becomes.
- Looking forward to birth, is afraid of birth and everything in between.
- Has a previous traumatic experience of giving birth to children.
- Want to feel close to your support person during birth.
- Want to be involved and make a difference as a partner during birth.
- Want to optimize the chances of an undisturbed course without interventions.
- If necessary, want to be able to use medical pain relief in a conscious and individualized way.
- Want to take responsibility for your birth and have the opportunity to make informed decisions.
- Wishing a birth focusing on connection to the child and your support persons.
- Wish the child is given optimal conditions to follow his instincts during and after birth.
- Want to understand the connection between a positive childbirth experience and connection and mental health after birth.
- Wish you and your child may experience a birth as close to our evolutionary expectations as possible.
- Want to take part in simple, secure recipes for herbs for nutrition and recovery.
