Herbal Milk is warm herbs for the new mother. Based on ancient doctrine about heat and nutrition, along with adaptogens and herbs to heal the body and calm the mind. Easy to cook and drink with one hand. Caffeine -free. Vegan.
Herbal Sleep Milk is a soft, sweet -spicy warming drink with serotonin -enhancing saffron and sleep -enhancing adaptogen ashwaganda.
Use: Mix 1 tablespoon powder with 2 cups of milk and a spoonful of fat (eg butter/ coconut fat) allow to simmer for a few minutes and mix with mixer stick. Sweet with a spoonful of honey.
