Preparatory breastfeeding course
Regular price 1 500 krA new baby and a new parent both need to learn to breastfeed together. There is a widespread perception that breastfeeding is something that either works or does not work- it is not so simple!
With the right information and knowledge of babies' instinctive behaviors and expectations, and stories about how the breastfeeding experience can see, you as parents dare to trust your gut feeling and that you and your child can breastfeed.
The workshop wants to support breastfeeding to be a strengthening experience (no matter how much/ long you choose to breastfeed) that promotes the connection between children and parents and strengthens the mother's confidence in herself.
This course is for you as:
• Is curious about the basics of a functioning breastfeeding and how to create the best conditions for you and your child.
• Have a previous breastfeeding experience where you shared or quit earlier than you wanted and want to heal this time.
• Want to breastfeed completely.
• Want to breastfeed partially.
• Are unsure if you want to breastfeed in whole or in part and want to give pumped breast milk or compensation as a supplement.
• Want to keep equal parenting during breastfeeding.
• Want to respond to the child's attachment needs and understand the child's signals.

• Partner and the support or attitude of the environment.

• What has been breastfeeding before/ in other cultures?
• Official recommendations.
• Cultural norms and expectations.
• Eat and drink during breastfeeding.
• Carry in shawl and harness.
• Calm and comfort a newborn child.
• Reading tips.
